HOW REFUNDS WORK
Laiya’s Closet issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

- Is canceled by Laiya’s Closet

- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

- Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Laiya’s Closet will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and a refund/E-Gift Card to be issued.
Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt from the carrier used until your return is processed and your store credit has been issued.
SHIPPING
The estimated shipping time is 5-7 days.
*Estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.
**Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 4 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT DON’T SEE IT?
If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim.

Please be sure to check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

Laiya’s Closet does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
